Face Wear Elite is a curated marketplace featuring collections from diverse designers and suppliers across India. Prices may vary for the same design or style due to differences in fabric quality, embellishments, designer margins, or seller location. Rest assured, we maintain quality standards and transparently showcase all details under each product listing.

I saw a lower price earlier. Why did the price increase now?
Prices can fluctuate based on seller updates, inventory levels, seasonal promotions, or style demand. The price visible at the time of checkout is final and current. We recommend wishlisting your favorite products to be alerted about discounts or limited-time deals.

Is shopping on Face Wear Elite safe?
Absolutely. Face Wear Elite uses SSL-encrypted technology to protect your personal and financial data. We do not share your information with third parties and never ask for sensitive data like OTPs, PINs, or card details outside of secure payment gateways.

How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch. To cancel:

1) Visit 'My Orders'
2) Select the product
3) Tap ‘Cancel Order’

If the cancel option isn’t visible, it means the item is already shipped. You can refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the item.

How do I return a product?
Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery (unless mentioned otherwise on the product page). Steps:

1) Go to ‘My Orders’'
2) Select the item
3) Tap ‘Return’ and provide reason’
4) Choose pickup slot or self-ship as per availability

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes a quality check at our warehouse.br>
1) UPI/Wallets – Instant to 48 hrs
2) Bank Transfer/NEFT – 1–3 business days
3) Debit/Credit Card – 5–7 business days

You can track your order by:

2) Clicking on the item to see real-time tracking and courier details

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please initiate a return within 48 hours and select the appropriate reason. Our team will ensure pickup and either issue a refund or send a replacement based on your choice and availability.

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
Yes, COD is available for orders ranging from ₹499 to ₹9,999 depending on your location. We may limit COD for high rejection accounts. A minimal COD handling fee may be applicable.

Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, Face Wear Elite ships only within India. However, we are working on expanding globally soon.

What is your return policy for sarees, suits, and ethnic wear?
Items from our ethnic collection can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that:

1) The product is unused
2 All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
3) The product is not customized or altered

How do I detect fraud calls/emails claiming to be from Face Wear Elite?
We never ask for sensitive personal details such as passwords, card PINs, or OTPs. Genuine emails are only sent from addresses ending with @facewearelite.com. If you receive any suspicious communication, report it immediately to support@facewearelite.com.
