Return and Exchange Window<\/strong><br \/>You may return or exchange eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to the product detail page for the applicable return\/exchange window.<\/p><p><strong>2. Eligibility Conditions<\/strong><br \/>To qualify for return or exchange:<\/p><ul><li>Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.<\/li><li>All original tags, packaging, and boxes (including shoe boxes) must be intact.<\/li><li>If a Seal Tag is provided, it must remain unbroken.<\/li><li>Returns must be initiated from the \u201cMy Orders\u201d section.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. Return Methods<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>a) Pick-Up: Available in most locations. Our agent may conduct a quick quality check before accepting the return.<\/li><li>b) Self-Ship: If pick-up is unavailable, you may self-ship the product. Return shipping cost will be credited to your FaceWearElite wallet upon valid courier receipt and quality check.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4. Exchange Policy<\/strong><\/p><p>We offer exchange:<\/p><ul><li>For size or color mismatch.<\/li><li>For defective or wrong items.<\/li><li>For another product of equal or higher\/lower value.<br \/><strong>Exchange Notes:<\/strong><\/li><li>If the new item is costlier, you pay the difference.<\/li><li>If it\u2019s of lesser value, we refund the balance.<\/li><li>Exchange is subject to stock availability and serviceable pin code.<\/li><li>Exchange item will be delivered at the same address.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>5. Exceptions (Non-Returnable \/ Non-Exchangeable Items)<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Innerwear, lingerie, briefs, swimwear, shapewear bottoms<\/li><li>Socks, mittens, wristbands<\/li><li>Beauty &amp;amp; personal care products<\/li><li>Fine jewelry, watches, sunglasses<\/li><li>Customized or made-to-order items<\/li><li>Items marked as \u201cFinal Sale\u201d or non-returnable on the product page<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6. Refunds<\/strong><\/p><p>Refunds are processed:<\/p><ul><li>Within 1\u20133 business days for wallet credit\/NEFT<\/li><li>Within 5\u20137 business days for card\/bank transactions<\/li><\/ul><p>Refunds will be issued to:<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0The original payment method or<\/li><li>\u00a0FaceWearElite wallet (in some cases)<\/li><\/ul><p>Refund Not Initiated If:<\/p><ul><li>Item fails quality check<\/li><li>Tags or packaging missing<\/li><li>Product used or damaged<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>7. Return Denial and Re-Shipment<\/strong><br \/>If the returned item fails our quality check:<\/p><ul><li>Return will be declined.<\/li><li>The product will be re-shipped to your original address.<\/li><li>No refund will be issued.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8. Process to Initiate a Return\/Exchange<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>\u00a0Go to &amp;quot;My Orders&amp;quot; in your FaceWear Elite account.<\/li><li>\u00a0Click on &amp;quot;Return&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;Exchange&amp;quot;.<\/li><li>\u00a0Choose the item and reason.<\/li><li>\u00a0Select pick-up or self-ship.<\/li><li>\u00a0Keep the item ready with all packaging.<\/li><li>\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><p>For self-ship, please include a note with your Order ID and Return ID, and send it to our designated return address (mentioned in our Shipping &amp;amp; Delivery section).<\/p><p><strong>9. Fair Usage Policy<\/strong><br \/>We reserve the right to refuse returns\/exchanges to accounts showing an excessive pattern of returns or misuse.<\/p><p><strong>10.
